If you would like to return your purchase, you have up to 7 days after your order has been delivered to you to request a refund. The item(s) must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within those 7 days to document your refund request.
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If an item is damaged or defective due to no fault of the customer, we will replace the item(s) if we are notified by email within 3 days after your order has been delivered to you. When the defective items have been returned to NOCRI EMPORIUM (not the manufacturer), we will send a replacement. We can only exchange for the same items.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
Refunds (if applicable) will automatically be applied to your credit card, or original method of payment.
You must email us your request before returning the merchandise when requesting a refund, or an exchange This ensures you have documentation that your request was received within the allowed time frame, and you can receive your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. If your product is sent to the manufacturer, we cannot process a refund or an exchange.
Any jewelry made to order, or jewelry customized/personalized, is non refundable unless the order is cancelled within 24 hours of being placed.
If the jewelry has been mailed damaged, incorrect (such as the wrong item was shipped), or the issue is the responsibility of the seller or manufacturer, we will exchange the jewelry for the same item once we have been notified by email within 3 days of the jewelry being delivered, and the jewelry has been returned and inspected by NOCRI EMPORIUM.
If any customized jewelry order is cancelled after 24 hours of being placed, there is a 40% restocking fee. This jewelry is personalized, and made to order.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
After being granted a refund (if applicable), and you have not received it after a reasonable amount of time, please check to see if your bank or credit card company has a hold on your refund. There are times where it may take your bank longer than usual to process your credit/refund.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once you notify us within 7 days after receiving the item that you would like to exchange it for something else. You are responsible for the shipping costs. The item must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. Once the returned item is received, inspected and approved for an exchange, a gift certificate will be mailed to you , or we may be able to issue a code you can use at checkout for the amount of the exchange.
If the gift giver (purchaser) marked the purchase as a gift but had the order shipped to themselves, we can only send a refund to the actual purchaser (once the refund policy requirements have been met). Any exchanges have to be made by the actual purchaser as well.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless your refund or exchange request is due to our error or if the problem was through no fault of the customer). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive an exchange or a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your exchange credit, or refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
